Misbah Ghani is leading PepsiCo's flagship snack brand Lay's, where she oversees all brand creative, communications, and commercial executions on the portfolio. In the past, she has worked on the Beverages side of the business in both local and regional roles, delivering impactful work on brands like Pepsi, 7Up, Mountain Dew and Rockstar. Misbah is passionate about building brands that have a strong brand purpose, and has led many people-positive programs she is proud of: Pepsi Liter of Light (turning bottles into solar lights), the Millions of Meals program for food insecure communities, piloting Daycare centers at Agro farms enabling the economic inclusion of women, and the most recent Lay's Recycling program - turning plastic waste into sustainable fashion. Misbah was honored in the Ad Age Generation Next 2022 list for global marketers. Misbah currently lives in Dubai, and describes herself as a lifelong student of marketing, AI enthusiast, food explorer, and a proud mum of two.
