The Kitchen, Kraft Heinz’s inside agency, was built as the agency of the future, driven by culture, creativity, and collaboration. Our pod-based structure breaks traditional silos, uniting diverse talents to unlock creativity and deliver breakthrough ideas at the speed of culture.​ ​

In 2023, we levelled up as an industry leader, delivering ground-breaking campaigns, shattering records and setting new industry standards. Notably, #FindTheKetchupBoatGuy drove billions of earned media impressions; the most successful earned media campaign in Heinz's history.​ ​ Our newly formed organizational capabilities, Agile Media and Content @ Scale, empower Kraft Heinz to target key audiences with personalized campaigns. We became Kraft Heinz’s Content Innovation Hub, using AI across all our workstreams, keeping us at the forefront of emerging technologies. As a fully trusted partner with the Kraft Heinz Leadership team, we took on new brands as social AOR and full creative AOR duties; which would have otherwise gone to an external agency partner. ​ ​ Our people-centric approach, focusing on diversity and talent development, has resulted in a remarkable 93% positive sentiment among employees.
