After a year of tremendous growth in 2022, which saw Pablo win 17 new clients, and top Campaign’s new business charts, this year we wanted to continue our momentum, go deeper into our clients and demonstrate our global capabilities together with UK acceleration. All whilst continuing to make Pablo fun and accelerate our creativity. On the new business front we were appointed as Flora’s Global Agency and won Wilkinson Sword’s global business in competitive pitches, alongside seeing £2M growth in our existing client base across the board, which exceeded our target by over £1M. This following 16% growth of last year and achieving great results from clients in their first year of working us, like seeing Flora triple in size. We also became Play-Doh and Formula 1’s global agency. To service this business, we grew headcount by 13 (16% YoY increase), making Pablo a 95 strong agency. And our work gets noticed and works, as we picked up an APG Gold, APG Special Prize for the best response to climate change, PETA award and an Effie. We also introduced the "Pablo Living Wage" of £30,000, which has inspired five fellow agencies (to date) to follow suit.
