Ogilvy

David Ogilvy's unconventional background instilled in his agency a core belief: brilliant ideas can come from anyone. This principle—that diverse perspectives are the lifeblood of world-changing ideas—drives Ogilvy's commitment to attracting, retaining, and developing diverse talent.

One of Ogilvy’s most impactful initiatives has been The Brotherhood, the industry's first leadership development program designed specifically for Black men. This program fosters community, creates essential connections, and provides tools for participants to excel. Following a successful pilot with 100% retention and a 30% promotion rate, the program has been expanding globally. Ogilvy's commitment to fostering diverse leadership also shines through 30for30, its women's leadership accelerator. In 2024, 30for30 empowered over 120 women across four regions, growing its global community by 33%. The program's impact is evident not only in its reach but how it has led to career advancement for its participants.

Ogilvy’s commitments are reflected at the highest levels with women from diverse backgrounds holding key global roles including CEO, CFO, CCO, CPO, and Chief Client Officer. This top-down commitment, coupled with grassroots programs, demonstrates Ogilvy's holistic approach to building an inclusive and equitable future. And importantly, it has fueled the agency's creative and commercial success over the past three years.
