•Employee satisfaction at 20% improvement YoY and continues to increase; Client satisfaction increased throughout the Village •#1 network in growth; 95% client retention across the Village, #1 network in client retention; #1 agency in the least business losses in the region; we were also #1top media pitch win with a multi-million business du telecom (source: COMvergence) •Won more than 50 new clients from local brands, increasing locally generated revenue •Best two years in terms of award recognitions in Havas Middle East’s history: First-time recognitions in all major festivals including Cannes Lions, D&AD; first-time GP wins in shows like Cresta, 5th most awarded Havas office in the world; big wins at the MEPRA Awards, named PR Agency of the Year 2021 at the Lisbon International Advertising Festival; won major media awards •In 2021, our results were significantly better than pre-pandemic 2019 –almost as if the pandemic's effects, at least on business results, had already ended. •Expanded our Creative team in Dubai and Oman with more specialized talent; roll-out of Red Havas across the Middle East with the global framework of Mixed Media; grew our PR team to answer our expanding portfolio, launched a hospitality PR vertical.
