Waqas Amin

Waqas Amin is a creative and brand leader with over 16 years of experience shaping strategic storytelling and design excellence across the Middle East. Currently Director of Creative Services at the Royal Commission for Riyadh City, he has led creative and brand initiatives for major national and destination-level programs, contributing to landmark projects aligned with Saudi Vision 2030. Waqas has held senior leadership roles across Saudi Arabia and the UAE, working at the intersection of branding, marketing, and creative strategy. He is recognised for building high-performing in-house creative teams, developing strong brand governance frameworks, and translating complex visions into impactful, culturally relevant narratives. He is an active member of the regional awards community, serving as a jury member for leading industry platforms.
