I took this talent to the business of communication and became a storyteller. Two decades in, channels and mediums have changed, but customer stories and conversations remain at the center of it all. I am a digital leader and solve customer problems and business challenges with future ready solutions. I create, scale and optimize business opportunities. To accomplish this, I follow a process driven approach, position the brand as a value creator and deliver strategies for customer engagement. I have held multiple leadership positions throughout my career, working across B2C, B2B2C & B2B organizations, creating revenue generation and marketing strategies through traditional and digital channels of communication.
