Rishab Mukherjee

Rishab is an award-winning brand builder and business leader at P&G. He believes that transformative brand building is founded on consumer obsession and an entrepreneurial mindset constantly finding better ways of doing things. With more than 15 years of experience across multiple brands in P&G Beauty, he has designed and launched new brands, won numerous advertising awards, orchestrated on-ground business delivery, and led organizations serving markets across Asia Pacific, Japan & Korea. Rishab is passionate about organization culture and capability transformation. Currently, he is the Head of Brand & Commercial for P&G Beauty for Vietnam, Malaysia & Singapore; leading business delivery, innovation, commercialization, media, and culture-shaping conversations for iconic brands such as Pantene, Head & Shoulders, Herbal Essences, Olay and more. He also leads the Brand function across the three sites, responsible for recruitment, career planning & capability for P&G brand builders.
