Naomi Troni

Naomi joined Wunderman Thompson in 2020 as Global Chief Marketing and Growth Officer responsible for global marketing, new business and communication of the Wunderman Thompson brand, working cross-functionally across all capabilities to drive growth.   With over two decades of experience building inspiring brands, Naomi is focused on culture and creativity as the drivers of innovation and growth.  Naomi joined  Wunderman Thompson from MullenLoweGroup where she served as Global Chief Growth Officer. Prior to that, she spent a decade at Havas where she held key roles across Europe, the USA and Asia. She served as CEO, Havas Worldwide Southeast Asia, based in Singapore and Global CMO of Havas Worldwide, based in New York.  Naomi has served as a judge for numerous advertising awards, including Cannes, Spikes Asia, Cristal Festival and the EFFIES, and in 2022 was named Global Growth Leader of the Year by Campaign.  Naomi started her career at McCann Erickson, graduated from Oxford University with a degree in Biology, and lives in New York with her partner and step-daughters.
