It’s been a landmark year for We Are Social. Our team has grown 33% due to new business wins and client demand, we’ve been lead creative agency for brands like adidas and we’ve made brands stand out on social with work across countless platforms for the likes of Lidl, Audi and Vodafone.

We’ve evolved our agency. With culture moving at the speed of social, we officially launched our cultural insights offering and brands like Instagram and Aesop are already looking to us for culturally-led support. We’ve created and executed an award-winning Diversity & Inclusion Charter, hosted free events for thousands of our industry peers and produced reports consumed by millions. We’ve introduced new ways to support our team’s wellbeing both when working from home and returning to the office. We even held our first ever Global Virtual Conference, bringing our global network of over 950 people (at the time), situated across 4 continents, together using a virtual metaverse platform. As the world’s largest social agency, we’re committed to being a career-defining place of work for our team by creating pioneering and award-winning work with some of the world’s greatest brands. As the agency grows in age and size, we aim to keep the evolution of social media marketing at the heart of everything that we do.
