The Charter for Change showcases We Are Social’s commitments to diversity, inclusion, and equal representation across every department and level of seniority in the agency.

It covers our ambitions in three pillars - People, Culture, and Work. Its initiatives drive meaningful change in order to build an inclusive and representative team, who feel a sense of belonging at the agency. This includes Women Worth, a female-focused programme for leadership, mentoring and more; our Black Perspectives series to champion Black creators; our Upstarts scheme to support diverse talent; representation on and off screen in productions. And a lot more!

Because actions mean more than words, the Charter also includes an update on our progress to date as well as future goals. It's also helped us achieve external recognition, including being named an All In Champion and achieving the IPA People First Promise.
