We also garnered outstanding recognition for our creativity and strategy with over 200 awards won, including five Grand Prix, proudly supporting our global win as Campaign's 'Best of the Best: Creative Network 2021.' With our employee headcount rising by almost 60% - we are more than 4,500 people across 24 offices - we further unified our freshly formed agency, fostered cross-border collaboration, thrived to become our clients' most important partner and kicked off a robust internal transformation programme. VMLY&R's breadth and depth of BX and CX with commerce at the centre uniquely position us to help our clients grow. So, we doubled down on these capabilities.
