We focused on diversity, tripling representation to 15%. Grew a crew of 95 with 39 brands. Continued to push the work, making 50+ projects in the UK, US, Europe & Asia. Launched design and CX capabilities. Built a mission driven accelerator in our basement. And won the global creative CRM account for British Airways. We're proud of everything we're doing as we look forward to 2022.
