Hi, we’re Thinkerbell, an independent agency 7 years old, established on the premise of ‘marketing sciences meets hardcore creativity’ - or as we like to call it ‘measured magic’. We’ve grown to over 160 staff across three offices and for the last 5 years in a row we’ve been on top of the Global agency rankings platform - Bestads. We’ve had an exceptional year this year growing staff numbers by 31% and revenue by 19% (which includes $65M+ in total billings).

This has also been our most ‘award winningest’ year. We’re currently ranked #1 most creative agency in Australia AND #1 Globally on the BestAds ranking platform. We are the current Campaign Brief AOY, the 2nd best in the world according to Campaign Global. We’ve just been named B&T Advertising AOY and PR AOY- the first time in B&T’s 15 year history that one agency has taken out both titles. We’re also proud of the diversity of our best work, receiving over 40 awards internationally and locally, across TEN different projects and including 5 Agency Of the Year titles.
