Five years ago, The Kitchen set out to redefine what an in-house agency could be. In 2025, we’ve become something far bigger: Kraft Heinz’s culture engine, business accelerator, and global creative force.​

We’ve evolved our model again: expanding from content to culture, and into an end-to-end brand-building powerhouse embedded across Kraft Heinz. With 170+ multidisciplinary makers working across 27 brands, we’re no longer reacting to briefs; we’re shaping business objectives, influencing upstream decisions, and driving measurable growth. Our connected ecosystem, including Creative Council, Product Campaign Studio, Influencer Center of Excellence, AFH Design Studio, and the expanded Content Studio has turned The Kitchen into a seamless, scalable machine that delivers globally resonant creativity at unprecedented speed.​ ​

This year, we transformed how Kraft Heinz shows up in culture. We shifted from producing 5–10% of brand media to owning 66%, more than all external agencies combined and equivalent to over $200M in spend. Our work reached 20B earned impressions, sparked movements, drove sales, and set Kraft Heinz at the center of cultural conversation. Internally, we doubled down on talent: embedding 50% more creative leaders deeper into the business, building next-gen capability tracks, deepening DE&I progression, and delivering industry-leading retention and engagement.​
