As of this writing, DDB Group Philippines is being rebranded as GGC Group.Operating as a fully integrated function across HR, Talent Management, Organizational Development, and Corporate Communications, TCH manages the entire employee lifecycle across eight companies, with shared KPIs tied to retention, leadership bench strength, engagement, and commercial performance.
In 2025, amid global network disruption, TCH anchored stability and expansion through three strategic pillars: Radical Transparency, a People-First P&L philosophy, and Diversified Resilience.
Rather than defaulting to workforce reductions during uncertainty, the team protected headcount, sustained investment in development and wellbeing, and activated formalized succession planning to ensure zero leadership vacuum and uninterrupted client confidence.
