Our work across leadership, craft, and effectiveness set a new industry benchmark, with proprietary innovations that positioned clients ahead of the competition and shaped how the industry approaches strategic marketing.

Omnicom’s scale was a catalyst for growth, with a 200% increase in pipeline volume in the US alone. We leveraged this fully, driving global growth while adding marquee clients, including Costa Coffee, Uber, and Amazon Ads, to our roster. Our people flourished too: 137 promotions, POC entry-level hires increased to 34%, female leadership to 54%, and turnover dropped to 5%.
