2021 was the year PHD made the leap across Europe. By putting our people and clients first, we delivered a landmark year.

Here are some highlights: • Launched a refreshed brand identity to reflect our philosophy. ‘Make the Leap’ is a call to action for leveraging the power of imagination. • Expanded our bespoke communications planning platform, The Studio, to integrate our clients and their partners. • Won 102 Awards (vs. 54 in 2020), including 2 Grand Prix, 40 Golds, and 3 Agency of the Year recognitions. • Won 129 pitches, including blue-chip clients such as CHANEL, Red Bull, Sanofi, and Unilever. • Grew our billings, revenue, and rankings; not only versus 2020 but also versus 2019 • Delivered industry thought-leadership in launching our 9th book, Shift: A Marketing Rethink. • Drove major industry innovations, including data transformation and partnership initiatives, ecommerce via PHD Transact, and climate change initiatives. • Helped PHDers Make the Leap in their careers, ensured was DE&I front and centre in everything we do, and supported everyone throughout the pandemic. 2021 was very much our “Leap Year”.
