United KingdomWithin the first year of becoming MG OMD’s CEO, Natalie Bell delivered £1 billion in billings, a 100% client retention rate, led and won new business pitches totalling c. £90 million, put in place a new female focused leadership team, facilitated a new hybrid way of working for 450 MG’ers, maintained the highest culture scores in OMG and one of the lowest gender pay gaps in the industry at 0.07%, co-chaired the Media Week Awards with Dara Nasr and gone on to win Media Week’s Agency of the Year 2021.
It’s essential to her people that she led by example and protected the health of the agency both commercially and culturally. Equally critical is putting in place opportunities for MG OMD to continue growing so the agency could come out of the pandemic stronger, energised, and just as united as ever. Although her first year of CEO may have felt like a rollercoaster at times, the agency results speak for themselves. Under her leadership MG OMD has grown billings, clients and headcount in the right way. She’s protected the health and culture of the agency and put in place practices that will shape future growth for the better.
