Nancy Crimi-Lamanna

Agency: FCB Canada

Canada

At her core, Nancy is a disruptor. She thrives on new opportunities to learn and push the boundaries of what’s possible, inspiring her teams to do the same. Her defining philosophy? “Leap and a net will appear”, because doing what’s been done only limits growth potential for agencies, people, and brands. Through this thinking, Nancy has helped lead the creative resurgence of FCB, achieving five consecutive North American Network of the Year wins at Cannes—including 2023. This year, FCB Canada was also named the most awarded agency in Canada and the #2 North American Agency, winning a coveted Grand Prix in Direct for adidas Runner 321 and the first Gold Lions for a Canadian bank. This year she was awarded the prestigious Penta Pencil and Canadian Agency of the Year at the Effies and WARC. Nancy’s 30-year career includes senior roles at McCann and BBDO before joining FCB. In that time, she’s been named a CampaignUS 40 over 40, an Adweek Brandstar, and a top 100 creative leader. Nancy has served on every international jury including the 2023 Cannes Lions Jury president, Creative Commerce, D&AD chair, Creative Writing, and the 2024 Clios Jury Chair, Commerce, Effectiveness and Business Transformation.
