We committed to Make It Matter, with a focus on sustainability in our work, belonging in our teams and wellness for our people. We retained industry-leading ISO certification, hired diverse team members at every level, and implemented employee-centric policies to improve employee wellbeing, like No Meeting Fridays and Employee Resource Groups.

We saw 100% client retention rate and a 70% pitch win rate. We had success not only with Campaign’s awards, Cannes Lions, Clios and Effies, but also with newer shows that celebrate our employees, like SBJ’s Forty Under 40 Awards. We made our Experiential Commerce Practice matter, expanded our B2H (Business2Human) practice and utilized technology in captivating ways.
