*In 2023, McCann Worldgroup Europe set new standards in effectiveness with work that won the gamut of global awards in 2023. The network won the title of Europe’s Most Creatively Effective Agency Network for an eighth consecutive year.

*Kevin The Carrot won Christmas for Aldi, with our campaign crowned the UK’s most effective festive ad. We put together the hottest collaboration of 2023 with Christina Aguilera and Latto for Just Eat; helped Nurofen change perceptions of women’s pain; and got Mastercard using data to help Ukrainian refugees in Poland find a home. *We delivered growth through collaboration across markets and capabilities, winning $23m in new business, delivering $491.4m and +4.6% growth, with multiple cross disciplinary wins, including Santander, Akzo Nobel, Yves Rocher and Durex. *We guided businesses and brands with our insights and research on topics ranging from European consumer attitudes to workplace trends through our global intelligence group Truth Central. *Our pioneering DE&I efforts were recognised by the British Diversity Awards in 2023. Our work in 2023 included the launch of the Ambition Collective, our new female talent accelerator program, and our commitment to advancing gender equality won us a Women of the Future Programme Award.
