For lots of consultancies, the industry’s tectonic shifts in 2025 may have been unnerving; but for Manifest, change is our comfort zone. We have not just adapted to the evolution of our industry, but been a driving force behind it.

Now describing ourselves as The Cultural Impact Agency®, we doubled down on our omni-channel consultancy frameworks and expanded our horizons with new clients, new innovations and a new global leadership team designed to deliver the consultancy experience of the future.

Across our studios in the UK, USA, Australia and Scandinavia, we added dozens of new brands to our stable, from drinks brands to dating apps.

We launched a new cultural intelligence platform, INCITE, and brand optimisation system, Brand Velocity® — catalysing the growth and development of our clients’ marketing ecosystems.

We formed a new global indie network, Etc. Collective. And with AIMOS®, the world’s first AI-powered agency operating system, we haven’t replaced our teams with AI, but given them super-powers (as well as codifying our B-Corp principles into it).

Most of all, we remembered to have fun. Consultancy doesn’t need to be dull, and 2025 proved there’s a growing demand for our attitude and character as well as our acumen.
