The marketing industry’s tectonic shifts in 2025 may have been unnerving for most agencies; but for Manifest, change is our comfort zone. We chose not to simply adapt to the evolution of the sector, but to be a driving force behind it.

Now describing ourselves as The Cultural Impact Agency®, we doubled down on our omni-channel frameworks, expanding our horizons with new clients, new innovations and a new global leadership team.

Our global team based in the UK, USA, Australia and Scandinavia added dozens of new brands to our stable, from drinks to dating apps.

We launched a cultural intelligence platform, INCITE, and brand optimisation system, Brand Velocity® — not only catalysing the growth of the brands we work for by tapping into their cultural significance.

We formed a new global indie network, Etc. Collective, providing an agile alternative to the dying Holdco model. And we built the world’s first AI-powered agency operating system, AIMOS®, not to replace our teams with AI, but give them super-powers (including codifying our B-Corp principles into processes).

Most of all, we had a sh*tload of fun doing it. In serious times, it can be easy to forget how important that is.
