Manifest

United Kingdom

Well, 2021 was a weird year wasn’t it? In and out of COVID restrictions, brands looking to recover and consumer behaviours becoming more conscious. At a time when most agencies were looking to consolidate and take stock, Manifest set an objective to grow by 30%, to expand its team to incorporate new and developing creative skillsets, and to evolve into a new agency proposition better equipped for a post-pandemic world. In the end, we did all of the above and more.

Agency fees grew by over 50% in 2021, driven by a mixture of strategic projects, including expansion of existing briefs into multiple creative disciplines, attracting new clients through an evolved proposition and expanding our horizons to the Southern Hemisphere by opening an office in Melbourne, Australia. Not only that, our global team more than doubled, our group profit margins tripled, we picked up 22 industry accolades for our creative work, we attracted some of the world’s most sought-after creative talent and we worked with nearly 30 new brands the world over. Perhaps most importantly, we did all of the above through the pursuit of a single agency mission: to build brands that change the world.
