Michael Sugden and Julian ‘Dougie’ Douglas serve as the Global CEOs of VCCP, acting as the dual custodians of a challenger culture that remains as bold and entrepreneurial as the day it was founded around a kitchen table 24 years ago.

Today, they lead the biggest global independent agency overseeing a growing international operation of over 1,600 challengers across nine hubs split across three key regions: EMEA, US and APAC.
