United KingdomAfter having worked his way up to partner at an early ‘best of times, worst of times’ experiential agency, Jonathan Emmins founded Amplify in 2008 to join the dots between people, brands and culture and deliver the work that would challenge pre-existing perceptions in the world of brand experience, with creativity always at its core.
He has overseen the independent agency’s creative output since launch, latterly steering its global expansion. In 2020, a restructure of the UK management team enabled him to turn his focus to both group and global opportunities, initially steering the Australia office to grow its client base and then to establish a US foothold. Equal parts suit and creative, Jonathan took on the global CEO role at the end of 2021, reflecting his expanded position at the helm of the group, which now has a footprint across Europe, US and Australia and a burgeoning number of sibling agencies. In his new role, he is focused on the vision and direction for Amplify’s next phase of growth and our ambition around four key areas: further geographic expansion, investment in talent and IP, increased capabilities and partnerships and acquisitions.
