2023 was a transformative year. We won 62 awards including Adweek’s Experiential Agency of the Year and our work with Cadillac earned them Adweek’s Experiential Brand of the Year. Our new business win rate was 47%, securing millions in new revenue with clients like Diageo, Nike, TIAA, and Upstream. Our specialty practices – our key differentiators in the market – continued to flourish. This includes healthcare practice, Jack Health, which was named an “Agency to Watch” in the 2023 MM+M Top 100. Among our hidden gems is our work in broadcast design which is seen daily by 300 million people worldwide and has earned 22 Emmys. They create iconic designs that turn broadcast studios into dynamic storytelling platforms. Beyond new business, we introduced a new company vision that leveled up the impact we want our agency to make on the world – inspire the world to experience better. To bring it to life, we put resources into three key initiatives that will make experiences more sustainable, accessible and more integrated.
