We saw exceptional growth in 2021, driving over £229 million in revenue, £45 million in GP and a 26% increase in EBITDA. Gaining over 420 new clients, and 130 new joiners. We also completed our largest achievement to date and rebranded to become a truly global digital partner. Combining four unique businesses into one powerhouse of over 600 valued employees and 1,200+ clients. We broke down our internal siloes, combining as one agency with one goal - to expand what we can offer clients. Focusing on the expansion of our services, and acquisitions of like minded brands. We enable people to be their best selves and as such we have strived to create a company culture that fosters learning and innovation; launching a number of different initiatives surrounding Diversity & Inclusion, Sustainability, Learning & Development, Global Collaboration and Corporate Social Responsibility. One of our key initiatives was the launch of our digital carbon offsetting initiative, a program that measures, and offsets, the carbon generated from our client’s digital media outputs.
