Icon Agency has come of age. In 2023, we notched our fourth straight year of growth, expanded nationally with a fourth office, and earned four more Agency of the Year recognitions – along with major awards on the global stage.

We completely revamped our creative and digital divisions to support an enthusiastic embrace of AI, DXP, and disruptive technologies, as the agency emerges as a regional leader in tech PR. In 2023, we signed more global brands, including Meta, Slack and HCL. At the same time, Icon retained every one of our major clients, and attracted more of the gargantuan government briefs we are known for. This work was backed by the launch of a new department, The Change Collective, specialising in complex brand transformation, social marketing and behaviour change campaigns. Above all, throughout a year of trouble and economic decline, Icon never lost sight of our north star: making work that matters, for people, with purpose.
