Harjot is Global Chief Strategy Officer at McCann, overseeing strategic leadership across all brands, agencies and regions in the network. He leads a globally connected strategy community of several hundred planners, with a senior leadership bench across EMEA, North America, APAC, LATAM and MENA. In January 2023, his remit expanded beyond strategy into executive leadership for network‑wide growth, innovation and effectiveness. 

He is the architect of McCann's high‑performance operating system, "Truth to Impact," built on shared principles, common tools and deep collaboration across disciplines. This proprietary, end‑to‑end platform infuses intelligence into strategy, creative and production – making McCann's content supply chain faster and more scalable without sacrificing craft, and positioning the network to lead in an AI‑native era.
