Underpinned by our ambitious ‘plan to win’, DDB Europe started the year with a clear focus: to be the #1 destination for the most creative talent and clients who value the power of creativity. What followed was a triumphant year full of network firsts and major achievements. We raised the creative bar across the region and were named Cannes Lions Global Network of the Year for the first time in DDB’s 74-year history as well as Regional Network of the Year for DDB Europe. We attracted first-class talent with the likes of our incoming Global President & Chief Creative Officer International, Chaka Sobhani. We supercharged new business and successfully secured organic growth in multiple markets. We cemented our position as industry leaders with the launch of the world’s first fully automated creative agency, and celebrated historic milestones as Les Binet’s ‘The Long and The Short of It’ turned ten. We empowered our people with the DDB Four Freedoms and continue to celebrate exemplary leadership in advancing DE&I and strengthening our culture.
