Over the last 12 months, the agency retained all its clients, won 11 new clients including PermataBank, Loreal Paris and XL Axiata, grew revenue by 52%, operating profit by 87%, profit margin of 31%. The agency team grew by 175%.
Anish calls his team “Champions of Change”. This manifesto led them to stupendous growth despite two years of the pandemic. Winning Indonesia’s first ever Cannes Lion in the Sustainable Goals category (also the country’s only Lion in 2020/21), ranking #1 in the R3 New Business League, Best-in-Show at the MMA Smarties, and ranked top-5 Creative Agencies in Indonesia by P3I are some other accolades.
