With over twenty years in media, Emma has worked at most of the major media agency groups in local, regional and global roles, gaining experience in most aspects of strategic and implementational planning, buying and effectiveness measurement and has worked with fantastic brands including Starbucks, Kimberly Clark, Booking.com, Virgin Atlantic and Dyson along with several government departments in Government and Social Change.  Prior to joining Unilever, Emma was Global Client Lead at Mindshare Worldwide where she led the creation of central strategies, teams and commercial operations, developed integrated work processes and digital and data transformation.  She is currently at Unilever in the Global Media Partnership team, looking after joint business partnerships with digital platforms to help Unilever's brands get on the frontline of culture, convergence and creativity. Emma is also responsible for Unilever's Responsibility Framework, as part of the company's commitment to create a safer, more trusted digital environment, by working with media partners and the industry to drive systemic change and collectively rebuild trust online.
