Dhiren Amin is a globally experienced marketing and customer leader with over 20 years in marketing, product development, and senior management. As Chief Customer Officer at Income Insurance since 2022, he leads a team of over 100 across marketing and product functions. Prior to this, he was Chief Marketing Officer at Kraft Heinz Asia, based in China, overseeing major regional initiatives. Over the last decade, Dhiren has launched more than 50 products across personal care, food, and insurance categories—from Vaseline Men face care and ABC Soy Sauce to life and travel insurance solutions. He has shaped over 200 impactful marketing campaigns across Indonesia, China, India, Singapore, Thailand, South Africa, and more. He has been a juror for more than a decade, most notably as Jury Chair for WARC Global Instant Impact Awards, 2021, Effie APAC Jury Chair 2022, Effie Singapore Jury Chair (2023 - Present), MMA APAC Global Jury Chair, 2025 and MMA APAC Jury Chair, 2024. He has judged APAC Effie for 6 + years, Campaign AOY APAC for 5 years, MMA APAC Smarties for 5 years and Campaign AOY Global for 2 years. He currently sits on the boards of WFA (World Federation of Advertisers) APAC, MMA APAC and AAMS Singapore Recognised for both business impact and creativity, Dhiren brings a powerful blend of strategic vision and on-the-ground cultural intelligence to every market he works in.
